Last summer TECD was trading close to $ 50 (if my memory is correct).

I was so excited. All those shares at $ 50! WOW! Then the sky fell and TECD was at $ 14. Ever the optimist, I bought a few thousand shares at that level. There was NO REASON for the huge fall in price and lots of reasons for TECD to be trading much higher.

Now I have double the shares I did when TECD was at $ 50, and it looks to me that $ 50 will be reached before Y2K. Should I sell some shares and pay the tax man? Should I wait and ride out the dips?

I am not going to sell any shares. We got a bargain in the teens and we need to look at TECD as a long-term hold. Why pay the tax man if you don't have to sell? Nobody is twisting my arm to liquidate any shares, so for now, I am holding for a long time.

Bear in mind that TECD is an excellently run company with lots of potential for future success and growth.

Judy
