Called and spoke to the IR people at MPV. She told me that the press release was being reviewed by the lawyers as we spoke and that they would soon post the news release and the stock should open later this afternoon.

The JV deal involves "Monopros" and she said that "they are very satisfied with the deal".

We'll soon see how the market views this.
