Since they gave us a fake out with the nuns, the judge, and the nun killer as the prep it is still possible that the last scene represents the final fake out. The poor judge spent the night in jail just because some who post here thought she was guilty even before any crime was committed.<g> the show cheated in that it did not give an adequate explanation of how she got the "stalking" photo.
