Good post Tony.

I share some of your concerns.

It's refreshing to read some constructive criticism. On other threads (es tu stockhouse) you might be derided and scorned for bringing up any negativity but i believe on S.I. investors are less likely to be swayed by hype or vice versa.

Let me preface this by saying that i too am long on DEJ or i should say i am long on Instantdocuments. I believe in ID because a) they may be in an niche market (although huge in sales numbers) but one that will see tremendous growth in the future b) their technology is a world leader c) at a price that cannot be matched by it's competitors d) with delivery times well below same. If management at ID do their work the company should be very successful.

Some of my concerns are with Dejour mines. If the stock has not done as well as expected i believe it has to do with the markets uncertainty in Dejours financial picture and management. Some of the moves made by them in the past month or month and a half has not helped clarify this. No doubt that it's lack of bottom line (a look at its balance sheets as of dec 31, 98 will tell you a lot) explains some of the moves by management. Had a financially healthy company bought ID the share price would be stronger as i write this. I agree that managements/insiders quickness to cash in on it's sudden good fortune is troubling and very negative to the markets point of view. Unless there is some maneuvering of Machiavellian proportions going on that will benefit all shareholders in the end they have to begin to show better judgement.

Having said this i see some moves being made like name change (should be made official asap) and amalgamation which can only help increase interest from the markets. Also having LOM on board should help to promote the stock. It looks as though things are being sorted out between Dejour and ID and news releases will follow.

To Dejour please consider this constructive criticism and i await your next move.
