Barry Here's an email from Mark Wilmoth (the PR guy for those who are not aware)....This is in response to "when is the "merger" going to take place"? >>>The exact date will not be known for a while as the merger must first be approved by the Federal Trade Commission. We have completed the required filing and expect to receive approval in the next few weeks. Additionally, we must file a Proxy with the SEC and distribute it to our shareholders to vote on the merger. We anticipate that this will be filed in May and our shareholders meeting will take place sometime in mid to late June with the closing of the merger to occur shortly thereafter. I will add that any number of things could result in a delay, however we hope to close before the end of June. <<<<< Seems pretty straight forward to me. I bought a little more yesterday. 29% in a little less than two months(5 3/4-7.41) aint too bad!-g- good luck Mark
