Perferred is a great to playand they do typically lag the common in most cases. But your sysnopsis is accurate in accordance to what I know and have learned. However when it gets close to the conversion you will see a spike in the P and a drop in the common due to arbitrage. Never fails. BTSing the spike you actually make more money if you were in lower. Sometimes 10% is all some people want. :-) GB
