Once again, not an explicit denial: "Many of the rumours flying around are totally baseless." That's doesn't rule anything in or out.

I don't believe that PAIR's recent moves have anything to do with buyout rumors. Consensus opinion on PAIR's prospects has changed, and this is showing up in the technicals. This also helps explain why the stock price doesn't retrace its gains when recent rallies are attributed to buyout rumors. Just my thoughts. --Doug
