Don't forget Y2K. Forced a lot of companies into ERP instead of refurbishing legacy systems, which forced a lot of reengineering & efficiency to be gained. Y2K has forced modernization of many business practices, the full effects of which are probably only beginning to be evidenced, IMO. Rich
