That's a point of great contention these days. I'm in one of
those sidebar discussions with Pat Mudge over in the CMTO
thread. Pat was kind enough to point me to the Palo Alto
Cable Co-op's offerings (looks like it's a CMTO brochure
that highlights the PACC agenda). Take a look at their
pricing structure, which ostensibly is now being charged
by PACC. It is drawn up along the lines of tiered services.
It knocked my eyeglasses askew.
