scott, regarding ATHM vs DSL.

1) ATHM will be the Gorilla in the cable HFC broadband arena. I made no assertion with respect to the DSL market.

2) With respect to GMST: I expect ATHM (with T and MSFT behind it) at some point will merge/consolidate with this entity (or one similar to it) so that ATHM will be the seemless interface for the consumer. I have no idea whether this business will still be called ATHM, T, or something else, but ATHM will be the vehicle.

3) DSL will be late to market and limited in its initial deployment. The RBOCs couldn't act quickly if their lives depended on it (and they do).
