Jim: As I recall, we were down to .01 by .02 before this began. I suspect that the new management has a price somewhat lower than that at present, but not too much lower. Now who are these phantoms in the wings? Also, what is the latest figure on outstanding shares and how many do these people now hold? Anyone? Lee
