Susan...gapper rule #1 If a stock gaps 5/8 or more, let it trade for 30 minutes...if by that time it is still trading at or near it's 30 minute high, then the move is real and not artificial. Set a buy stop at 1/16 above the 30 minute high...if not, wait for it to breakout of the 30 minute high later in the day. Try it... Paul
