To all: Does anyone have an acount with Paine Webber. I have checked with some of my sources and found that their tech. analyst John Lazlow has done some research regarding Intel Auburn chip. If anyone has access to this please post. In summary what was stated was something to the effect that first the product has been delayed until Sept / OCT. Production ramp mid Q1 98. Performance wise will show very little improvement over current Virge product at a significant premium in price.By the time this product is released S3 will have it's next generation of product ( S3's 3rd ) in production.
