The last quarterly report in the SEC filings was dated 3/11, so 6/11?

NASD listing is a guessing game. I have been using the WAVX listing as a measuring post. WAVX filed for listing on 1/29 and has yet to receive listing, though news is all of a sudden flowing freely so this may be imminent (pure speculation). SNMM applied for listing 6 weeks after WAVX.
