I am unclear about the meaning of your message. I read an Edgar's 13g posted on 5/10/99 this morning on Bloomberg that stated that Janus currently owns 1.946 million shares down from 4.77 million. It is possible that I am mistaken. If I did make an error in this regard, I would appreciate a clarification. Thanks in advance. Bomar
