This has got to be a major plus. This could not be done without being part of comprehensive plan which includes re-financing and co-ordination with existing issues relative to conversion of Series D stock. Stock trading (if at all) as if it is basically an extreme long shot, perhaps bankruptcy, because of possible dilution if price does not climb significantly. This shows company plans to be real and would take steps to bring price to area that has been predicted here in the past. $3-$4. Watch where it goes if there is a 100,000 order.
