I think what's happening explains why the doubters have accorded the stock a fairly low P/E. Radica's not nearly as diversified a toy company as companies that support larger P/E's and so is more subject to the faddist vagaries of the toy business. While supporters will likely see the current price as a bargain, I suspect that down the road the price will be cheaper yet because the stock (I don't mean the company) has broken down. And whether a lower price will be a bargain, well, I don't know. However, if there's a sudden panic blowoff, I'd be tempted to buy for the bounce.
