Francis, I have telephoned the transfer agent 4 times in the past 3 working days to get an accurate share count. Cindy Struther has been "out at meetings" everytime & no one else there can provide the numbers. Tranfer Agent is CJB Transfer @303 486-5873. If you want to make a call or if PREFSTOCK or anyone else has those details feel free to post them. I also emailed our new PR firm yesterday, but have yet to receive a response. JOE
