You presume that because a previously successful guy wants to do a deal, he will. I have no idea whether he's just overreaching like Rouhanna or what. I do know that no announcement means no deal. Hirsch has no deal. Will he ever? BTW: I've known many a CEO who was both incompetent and a liar, though politically able.
