Got a call from UREC

Surprise surprise, after posting my previous message I received a phone call from Mr Clemens
about 15 minutes later. To be quite honest he impressed me. He told me that when he took over
the company on February 1st after getting back from the demonstration in Mexico, the company
had made a lot of promises which they couldn't keep ("sort of like the boy who cried wolf"). In
addition to this he acknowledged the people who had put their retirement moneys and savings into
this stock at around $3 - $4 and said he is confident that within the next year they will be very happy
with the price.

He honestly seemed to not know exactly where the price was as he is constantly in the lab working
on some stuff. He also said that they had had their first bonding test and that it was excellent. It far
surpassed their's and other's expectations. He further said that he wouldn't have gotten involved if
he didn't see some light at the end of the tunnel.

He told me that the price anywhere between .15 and .40 was an absolute joke.

The law case which is still going on he feels confident about.

All of the above is pretty much what I have been told by Mr. Clemens. Unfortunately I don't have the
conversation on tape as I would have typed out the transcript for you all to read.

Do your own research before investing in anything. For now I think it isn't worth me selling. I'm
going to hold and hope for the best.

P.S. he claimed to have called back every stockholder who has called him.

The 800 number can be found on www.urecoats.com

Good luck to all of you in whatever investments you own.
