ecolab's case is without merit. Apparently billion dollar ecolab doesn't like losing the business which would mean to me that the amounts we are talking about must be something significant to ecolab. If this was worth a baseless law suite to billion dollar ecolab might it not be a big deal for neog? Apparently biotrace has a deal with Pepsi, which certainly sounds like a good in for neog.
