Tom F.,

I agree 100% of your evaluation of Bob Gardner. Since he's been running the show the press releases have been clear, concise, and forthcoming. [With the exception of the Fr. Gregory/AGM fiasco.] I have much more faith in him than I did in JJ.

Looking forward, you are correct in saying the article is irrelevant (with a single exception - that is, if Fr. Gregory's efforts somehow reinvolve JJ with the company).

I, however, find it personally relevant as I continue to monitor the success (or rather, failure) of the DD companies in their effort to prove the existence, and economic viability, of recoverable PGMs. The Ledoux fiasco with Naxos is another in a series of problematic assays and recoveries that have plagued the DD "industry."

Investing in these DD companies has taught me, above all else, that one should invest in these companies to obtain profits from the rise and fall of the stock price based on public speculation rather than from corporate revenue-generating operations. It is my belief that Naxos has existed for many years under this directive, per JJ's design.

I won't belabor this point any longer. I divested myself of Naxos shares last fall and therefore don't have the same desire to succeed as many on this board. I believe this allows me to see the situation a little more clearly, but it also feels unjust that I continue to berate the company when I don't even have a vested interest in it.

bobs.
