Carlo, I think you are right. If Ledoux accepted the sealed containers for processing, then they would be the ones to break the seals and prep the ore for processing. Since they were part of the COC there should be no problem with then opening containers the day before a test. That is why I think the implication is that some other party opened the containers the day before. Tim
