<RSTK> Probably the restricted stock dividend of ULAB, 1 share for each 10 of SHAL, issued to holders as of April 30. Because it's restricted (144) stock I have no idea how you would close the short, it's not tradeable yet... maybe by buying ULAB? biz.yahoo.com
