don't complain if we sit here at 28 for a while... ...28 is a good launching point if some big-time news comes out (then we could move to the mid to upper 30's) ...if we move too fast to 30+ and no significant news comes out we may fall back to the low to mid 20's ... huge volatility can scare away some money managers ... the ideal sistuation would be a smooth 40 foot tidal wave rolling through the doldrums..
