B: COMMERCIAL CONCEPTS, INC. ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF OUTDOOR TECHNOLOGIES,
INC.
SALT LAKE CITY, May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Concepts, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: CMEC)announced today that it has completed its
acquisition of Outdoor Technologies, Inc., ("OT"). The president of
Commercial Concepts, George Richards, and the president of Outdoor
Technologies, Steve Casull, issued a joint statement regarding the
transaction.
In the statement Mr. Casull expressed his pleasure with the deal, "I am
excited to be a part of an organization with the energy of Commercial
Concepts. Their internet marketing concepts and innovative approach to
business will allow a 'sportech' company like OT to accelerate growth
without fighting our way into traditional distribution channels."
Likewise Mr. Richards showed his enthusiasm, "It is going to be fun to
have the OT guys around. OT has a corporate culture that exudes a zest
for life that will dovetail nicely with Commercial Concepts' policies
and attitudes. The product line they bring is exciting, but the
technology and potential new products from that technology is what
really attracted us to OT."
Outdoor Technologies brings all the following products: backpacking
tents, sleeping bags; mountain bikes; backpacks; extreme skateboards
(off-road); rollerblades; and motorized bikes.
On a separate note Commercial Concepts has commenced the testing
procedures that will lead up to the much anticipated launch of their
e-commerce site, MerchantTraders.com. Commencing this week the Company
is testing its fulfillment operation in the Orient. Further,
Commercial Concepts has formed a strategic alliance with an
international express freight carrier (to be announced) that should
dramatically affect the profitability on the Company's international
products.
