JP and all: I am out of here but before I go please do not for one instant think this is anything near to a vendetta as some have suggested. A vendetta implies malicious intent, blind anger and perceived injustice.

I am neither malicious or angry but nor am I blind. What I see I do not like and we'll see if the SEC agrees. Maybe they will tell me to blow off and I will tell you if they do but you don't know if you don't ask.
