Last mile IS valuable. No doubt.

<..Is Hirsch a bumbler? Is ARTT management inexperienced?..>

Hirsch and McCambridge play games (which they probably neurochemically self-justify , being in fight-or-flight for ARTT's survival).

McCambridge (CFO)... ...Former partner at Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Quid Est Demonstratum

<..For a deal not to appear would mean that Hirsch is a liar, that he's incompetent, that his BOD and executive team are all incompetent, and that none of them care about vesting and maximizing the value of their stock options. There is no evidence that any of these, much less all, are true. Unless you're margined to the hilt or have painted yourself into a corner w/ options, I suggest you chill out and enjoy the ride...>

I agree - SOME deal will happen at SOME point (HAS to). If someone is in margin or short term options, be prepared for the stock to possibly see 10ish if fast money doesn't like the deal stake. If you are long, from these levels ARTT probably sees a 50% move up faster than WCII does, though I think you will likely see a 150% increase in WCII from here, and I question whether ARTT will see this kind of move, in a buyout... then again, been wrong before.
