VEBA AG Says New Report On MEMC Sale is Untrue
ST. PETERS, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 11, 1999--MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. (NYSE: WFR - news) today confirmed that a report by a German magazine, that VEBA AG was planning to sell MEMC, is untrue.
