I have shares available to short today. I'm waiting till the bounce tops out. I figure it has a way to go yet. I guess you know who is buying at these levels. There are people who believe that the drug will be approved in a year or two and then will make money for the company. Huh? yeah! You've heard from some of them. The others are shorts who are covering. Makes no sense to me. They have one drug, it doesn't work, they had to withdraw from FDA consideration because their data wasn't good enough to pass muster and they hope to have more trials to submit some day. Yipes.
