The takeover is effective today, and so I expect this is the last day that ORVX stock will ever trade. Sniff, that's sort of sad. So I guess if Max doesn't sell today, he's going to end up being a Peptide owner against his will.

My broker isn't even showing a bid/ask for the stock anymore, though the quotes from a different source seem to indicate that it's still trading.

There's a big disparity between the 0.72 ORVX last traded at, and the 0.85 in Peptide stock that we'll be getting today. Of course, the difference was even greater months ago when this was first announced; I bought more ORVX at 0.50 then. Free money.

I just have to work out the details of whether my broker can trade Peptide stock, or if I'll have to transfer the Peptide shares to another broker and trade there. I've sent them an e-mail last week, and a fax today, and am still waiting for an answer. They may be clueless, but I'm sure eventually I'll get it straightened out. I'm not really in a hurry, I want to hold onto Peptide stock for a while.
