What that means, in practice, is that Redstone would have to wait 2 years since he couldn't meet ANY burden of proof. However, the IRS couldn't "win" its position against some total outsider.

Redstone made no sense anyway since, as I posted, it would cost him more to have propped up the stock, with respect to paying a higher
price on the balance, than if he had made no insider purchases. I think he is a long term value investor just like us, just better informed.
