It seems clear to me that management has not done an effective job at telling the "story" to the investment community. But now that 1999 may be lower than 1998, there is no story. I agree that the stock is cheap, but a lot of the argument for a higher P/E disappears when RADA announces declining sales and margins. The company should clearly be private, not public. I think management has a fiduciary duty to give shareholders a return on their continuing investment. A buyout at $20, although seemingly cheap, would be reasonable. I would probably be in favor of this move, since it doesn't appear that RADA is going to get any respect in the future. What bothers me is that RADA's financial results CONFIRMED the reason for the declining stock price, rather than refuting it. That suggests that there may be more weak quarters ahead.

And regarding Star Wars, it does the stock no good if the company doesn't announce which titles it's making for HAS. I'm not even sure which ones. I still don't see how it's going to make a difference. The company needs to seek an acquirer, IMO.
