Perhaps Redstone has acquired a large stake in MWY, so that when/if VIA buys the rest of the company, Redstone makes a fat profit. Viacom New Media could certainly benefit from buying MWY, as it would instantly make VIA one of the leading game companies. I think VIA is more likely to be a buyer than Redstone. And unless I'm mistaken, we've past the 2 year mark by a few months.
