From CYGS's Website: ".... The company will issue two shares of one year Restricted Common Stock for each share of Freely Tradable Common Stock transferred to the company between May 16 and August 21, 1999 up to a total of ten million shares....." If I understand this correctly; this would limit the holder from selling the their newly doubled shares for one year. Correct? Are there other catches?
