News I saw on RB News Release: for immediate release TRIANGLE BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. announced today a strategic alliance to aquire production studios in Palm Springs, California. (I will summarize as follows) Interim agreement to acquire the facilities of Sun System Broadcasting, which consists of 8000 square feet of TV facilities including TV production equip't, satellite facilites, and studies. The new company will be called Palm Springs Studios Inc. * Aquisition will bring 4 profit centres. * Plans to capitalize on commercial and program production, video editing and duplication market. * Triangle Broadcasting will move to its new studios immediately.
