You're right. There is not enough shares. They could always authorize more, but that would dilute the shares! If you look at Microsoft, another great company, you would notice that their splits would drop them to the low 70's at best. I believe that they do that to demonstrate that a great company should seemingly sell at a premium price, because they continually demonstrate great earnings!! Just my opinion. Edward
