Joe, I don't think you understand what you are looking at or
what it means relative to anything.

Here is a test. If the big wigs are fleeing the stock as
you suggest, answer these two questions.

1. How many shares has Tom Meredith actually sold in the
past year?
2. What percentage of his holdings does this constitute?
