Bob, the now missing link on Raging Bull was this

www.candw.ky

And a certain bit of info. that could be found on that sight. No, that's not Kentucky, it's the Cayman Islands, the Cable And Wireless page there. It seems if you go there and search in the island phone book you come up with a rare name of an individual who used to post on this board a lot, but now sticks to his short bashing, name calling, and inside information passing, over on Raging Bull.
Before the pea brain tout team accuses me of being the one to post it i'll advise them that I was not. I had the information, as you might have guessed by the teasing posts I had made about the Caymans, but did not post it. I guess another person must have come across it as well, since it comes up in a good search, and is freely available, and decided to post it.
Now the name in question might not be the same person as the ZSUN champion that once graced us here on this board, but if it is, that would make a lot of sense. Imagine(and keep in mind, i'm saying imagine, this is not fact and all just a hypothetical, straight from my brain to the keyboard thought experiment) that Francoise lived in the Caymans and that we can take his word on some of his posts.(Like I said, imagine, lol). I remember someone saying something about Tortola and he answered that you could catch lobsters right out of the harbour, so he has familiarity with the Caribbean, though Cayman and Tortola are a long way apart. When you said your bank records were open to checking by the SEC, his firt comment was, what about your offshore accounts. This struck me as odd at the time. Not so odd if the person saying this has an offshore account, or even lives in an offshore domocile. Think of all the hypocritical things he's posted. All the times he's said people are going to get sued for name calling, yet no one has done more of it than him. All the times he's claimed to have been in contact with the SEC yet has clearly violated SEC rules himself by giving out inside information that affects the stock price. He would either have to be psychotic, or live somewhere like the Caymans where he can break all the USA securities laws he wants, with little chance of ever being extradicted. After all, this is the place where the Bre-X crims holed up, the ones that didn't fall out of helicopters that is. Just a couple of quick examples of the kind of person you'll run into at the local rum bar in the Caymans

Steven made off with over a million, believed to be in the Caymans or Caribbean.

A nice little write up of Bre-X.
Again, not eveyone living in the Caymans are exiled stock manipulators or other crim vermin(though many are) and it may very well be that the name listed is not the same person that used to posts on this board, and now on Raging Bull, though it is funny how fast the post seems to have disappeared. I would recommend to everyone, not to call or fax this person, it may be that the one listed is a priest at the local church, and not the person that was talking charts and $46 prices while selling out his stock in the low $20's. Besides, the Francoise that used to posts here claimed to only have 2000 shares at $9 or so, surely a person living in the Caymans and paying those hourly internet fees to Cable and Wireless could afford more than that. That is, if you believe him about the 2000, which got more and more suspect, when his posts on this stock became more and more numerous.
It really would be the perfect way to manip a stock. Get someone that could care less about the SEC, in an offshore domocile, to post inside information on well followed messageboards. I, again am not in any way suggesting that that is what is happening with this stock, just stating that it would be an interesting way to do things, and something we'll probably see more of in the future.
