Authorizing additional shares does not dilute existing shares.
Splitting a stock does not dilute existing shares.
Granting and paying a Stock dividend on common shares does not dilute existing shares.
Granting stock options does not dilute existing shares.
Selling newly authorized shares dilutes existing shares.
Exercising options dilutes existing shares.
Buying shares back concentrates existing shares and raises EPS.
