The decision to cut more jobs and close facilites will give a short term benefit to the bottom line. But one must also remember that this is a sign (if the not the very definition) of a shrinking company.

All of my estimates do NOT include any special charges. Exactly how much Iomega intends to charge against this Q (or whether to spread charges out over time) is up to them.
