I'm not done looking into this but it looks like qcom has a ways to go for optimum manufacturing efficiency... they can take a lesson from Cisco on this and improve their operating margins in the purchasing and logistics area (maybe) as much as 15%. Does anybody have a definitive reference to inventory turns, btw I have conflicting info here.
