$2 billion or about $50 / sh. - That would be a steal for the suitor but a suitor realizes that the shareholders would demand a sale at that level or Alex would be removed immediately. CUBE is worth more in a non-"distressed" situation but Alex would not have the luxury of negotiating a higher bid and any suitor knows that.
