In answer to your loaded question:

>>How can Castlewood write off the R&D that they stole from Syquest (ie Iomega?)<<

I don't know. Why don't you ask Iomega Investor Relations on the status of the lawsuit?

Don't be too suprised if they tell you something to the effect that the lawsuit has been dropped. (due to Lack of any merit)

Meanwhile, emails from Castlewood have been sent out saying SCSI (68 pin Ultra-Wide) Internal ORBS will be on store shelves within the first 2 weeks of June. External SCSI (50 pin High Density) ORB will be out 2 weeks after that (presumably to coincide with a more formal retail rollout).

Parallel and EIDE ORBs are already out and available at a growing list of stores and resellers.

Iomega's Flop! list of supplying stores is dropping steadily. (Flop! comprises of only 1 page of resellers at //www.pricewatch.com/-- it used to be 3 or 4 pages a couple of weeks ago) ...Flop! is BOMBING.
