What is the status of the Chinese purchase of IKAR ore? There were rumors of a large forward tungsten purchase inquiry by the Chinese, just before EPAR bid for IKAR's tungsten mine. But now the mine buyout is void, and the tungsten purchase is indeterminate, perhaps also void. Any news?
