Frank MCCIQ is acting like STEL (sa tele) last week. On day 1 (5/5) stel went from .015 to .10 with just over 5M traded. On day 2 (5/6) stel opened .12/.13 and went up to .68 by 11AM and began a pullback. MCCIQ's last 20 minutes of trading was quite dramatic compared to stel's on it's first day. Tonight will be the first night most even look at this issue. Tomorrow AM opening should be interesting. Some savvy investors must have came up on something in the last 20 minutes of trading.
