Dan,

It means something like ISLD orders that are sent to the ECN but not for general display on Level II, but to get matched on ISLD. This allows you to cross or lock the market on ISLD which is otherwise not permitted under the rules. Supposed to be something you might want to do in certain situations where you want to sell below the inside ask price or buy above the inside offer, i.e., when you're desperate. This option is selected when you submit an ISLD order. It's a new feature offered in CyBerTrader, but I've not personally used it and cannot comment further. Hope this helps.
