Thx JBC but $73 is unrealistic short-term. If I were buying for my 401K or kids' college, I would buy now and hold past $73. However, my window only goes out about 3-6 months. Tried to change but can't. Short-term, I'm happy with my buy target of 45 but a sell at 50 is a real narrow range - but that may be the way it is for a while. Lewis
