Jeffrey, one argument would be that TSCM was not "a stock" until around 11:30am this morning. At the open this morning, no one on this Earth is allowed to trade The.Street.com in any exchange. The pre-market price of 19 per share also was not accessible to every investor (in fact, only very few receive allocations). If you have to include an IPO, the price used should be the OPEN price instead of the pre-market offering price. Using the IPO offering price of 19 makes a total mockery of this contest and a complete travesty of the founding mission of this thread.
