Besides, if I bought now, not only are the prices rather high, but I'd also be stung by the wash sale rule. As for Merced not supporting Rambus, in reality that doesn't mean much because the volumes are so low compared to Camino/Carmel. But it does add one more drop of fuel to the anti-Rambus FUD.
